Buchart Horn is pleased to welcome Stephen Foster to our Business Development Group as Proposal Coordinator. Based in our York, PA, headquarters, Stephen will help develop high-quality proposal and qualifications submissions for BH’s Water Resources and Transportation Strategic Business Units. A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania’s Public Relations program, Stephen looks forward to applying his marketing skills to corporate and internal communications initiatives.
His professional background includes sales and promotion experience with the York Revolution, and industry experience coordinating proposals, and planning, maintaining, and updating engineering marketing collateral.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys movies and running, both competitively and on regional trails.
