Buchart Horn is pleased to welcome Kelly Ferguson, PE to our Water Resources Group in our Baltimore, MD office as an Environmental Engineer. Kelly brings to her role over eight years of laboratory and municipal experience in testing, analysis, and water and wastewater consultation and design. She obtained her Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and her Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Kelly served as a city engineer in Baltimore, Maryland, where she led and supported condition assessments, rehabilitation, and other city utility projects. She looks forward to applying her experience preparing and reviewing engineering plans, designs, specifications, and cost estimates to a variety of Buchart Horn environmental projects.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys reading, cross stitching, hiking, and attending Virginia Tech football games with her family.
