Kevin Hoover, PG, PH, PWS has joined the York Water Resources Group as a Senior Geologist. Kevin is licensed as a Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania and Wyoming, a certified as a Professional Hydrologist – Groundwater with the American Institute of Hydrology, and a Professional Wetland Scientist with the Society of Wetland Scientists.
He has 28 years’ experience in environmental consulting and design of water-related projects in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States. His previous work has included wetland delineation and creation, watershed modeling and restoration, passive treatment of mining and utility wastewaters, natural gas development, and environmental permitting.
He has a bachelor’s of Geosciences and two associate degrees, Forest Technology and Information Sciences & Technology, from The Pennsylvania State University, where he also served as an instructor for their summer geology field program in the western United States.
