Cecelia (Cece) Oestrick, EIT has joined our York office as an Engineer-in-Training in the Water Resources Division. She brings with her a year of experience with water and wastewater projects from Texas.
Cece’s role at BH will have her working with senior water/wastewater engineers to determine the basis of design for treatment facilities; performing calculations; and designing water and wastewater systems.
Cece graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in civil engineering. She took classes with an emphasis on environmental engineering and interned on water/wastewater projects. Since graduation, she has worked with an engineering consulting company in Austin, TX.
