BH is pleased to welcome Kelly Freeburger to the Business Development group in our York, PA headquarters. As Business Development Manager, Kelly will oversee proposal and strategic marketing efforts, working closely with teams throughout the company to showcase and support BH’s talent and expertise in engineering, architecture, and planning. Kelly brings to the firm more than 10 years of business development, communication, and sales experience. Her background includes strategic proposal and marketing support for architecture, landscape architecture, transportation, and civil engineering.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and a master’s from Drexel University. She is passionate about strategic planning and best practices, quality writing and brand communication, and providing superior customer service. Kelly is an active member of WTS Central Pennsylvania, supporting their education outreach program, Transportation YOU, as co-chair, and currently serving as chapter vice president. She is also an active student at Creative York’s Clay Studio and supporter of the York Township Baseball Club.
