Buchart Horn welcomes John Gallagher, PE to our Transportation group in our Pittsburgh, PA office as a Senior Engineer. John brings to his role more than 30 years of progressive engineering experience with the inspection and design of industrial, commercial, and transportation facilities. John is a registered PE in Pennsylvania, and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Civil Engineering program.
He has worked for several engineering firms and agencies, including Buchart Horn previously, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. His transportation-specific expertise includes performing structural and roadway design calculations for bridge and highway projects, bridge and construction inspections, and environmental investigations.
When he is not designing bridges, John’s diverse interests include camping, music, and film.
