Michael F. Gobrecht II has joined our Architectural Group as a Mechanical Designer. Michael has three years’ experience in commercial, industrial, and residential building systems design. Michael obtained his Associate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from YTI Career Institute in York, PA and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in Harrisburg, PA. Michael is currently pursuing his EIT and LEED certifications.
Michael has designed mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for facilities including, higher education, K-12, hospitals, correctional facilities, residential townhouses, commercial stores, office buildings, automotive garages, and industrial warehouses. His extensive experience of Revit MEP (BIM) and AutoCAD will bring additional support to the mechanical group. He enjoys developing the best building design and layout for the clients’ needs.
Michael was born in Harrisburg, PA and currently lives in New Cumberland, PA. In his free time, he rides his motorcycle, enjoys hiking and tubing on the yellow breaches, working on projects in his garage, snowboarding, and traveling. He has traveled to 31 of the 50 states, including Hawaii, Texas, California, Florida, and Maine. He has also been to Canada and is planning a trip to Dublin, Ireland next spring to see the Isle of Man where he will see street biking racing.
