Buchart Horn is pleased to welcome Joshua Brown, PE, to our Water Resources group in our York, PA headquarters as an environmental engineer. A 2006 graduate of Messiah College’s Mechanical Engineering program, Josh brings to his role over 14 years of progressive water and wastewater design and construction experience.
While working on the construction side, Josh developed his keen eye for detail and the so-called “nuts and bolts” of how components of a project come together. He looks forward to applying his expertise in municipal wastewater, wastewater residuals handling, water treatment, drainage, and conveyance to the planning and design of BH projects.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his family hiking and observing local wildlife at York County parks.
