We are proud of our own Mira Para and the work of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA). Mira accepted the Presidential Award for Chapter Excellence on behalf of APWA Louisiana, which contributes greatly to the public works and infrastructure issues in their communities.
