Buchart Horn Welcomes Benjamin L. Shull, PE, as Vice President of Water Resources

York, Pennsylvania – Buchart Horn, Inc. is pleased to announce that Benjamin L. Shull, PE has joined the firm as Vice President of its Water Resources Strategic Business Unit.

With more than 20 years of experience in municipal engineering and public infrastructure, Ben brings extensive expertise in water and wastewater systems, capital improvement planning, grant administration, regulatory compliance, and municipal operations. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with municipalities to develop practical infrastructure solutions that strengthen communities and support long-term growth.

His experience also includes consulting engineering, where he managed water, wastewater, roadway, and infrastructure projects for municipal and institutional clients.

As Vice President of Water Resources, Ben will lead the continued growth of the firm’s Water Resources practice while supporting clients with innovative, sustainable solutions and fostering technical excellence across the organization.
