As BH’s Vice President of Water Resources, Mr. Russell is responsible for developing and leading the firm’s facilities marketing and design efforts for all environmental engineering and related projects. His responsibilities include assisting in the development of strategic planning and direction and control of product development activities. BH’s Water Resources Division provides water and wastewater engineering, environmental and natural resources planning, marine and coastal planning and design services, and soils and groundwater investigations. Mr. Russell is responsible for ensuring quality and cost-effective professional services are provided and corporate goals, objectives, and plans are effectively executed.
Mr. Russell’s 24 years of experience includes all phases of civil engineering project. He has managed and coordinated design teams for various engineering projects, including sanitary sewer collection systems, wastewater treatment plants, water distribution systems, water treatment facilities, stormwater, and site development.
Mr. Russell has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Widener University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
