The bridge carrying Rockwell Avenue over Leggett’s Creek was built in 1905 and consists of a stone masonry arch culvert. The structure has a span of 36 feet and the transverse width is just over 28 feet from curb to curb. Buchart Horn was involved in the inspection of the structure from 1998 to 2003. Our firm prepared final design plans, specifications, and a cost estimate for the replacement structure.
