BH provided services for the study, design, and preparation of construction contract plans and related documents for the new Tabler Station interchange and connector road, including modification of ramps, replacement of overpass bridge, and preliminary design of an industrial access road.
The $12 million project included the expansion of the existing Tabler Station interchange on I-81 just south of Martinsburg, replacement of the structure carrying Route 32 over I-81, widening of Route 32 between I-81 and Route 11, and new service and access roads.
